U got to try this!!!

 Boat noodle! have you heard about it? Well, Thailand noodle had sailed into Petaling Jaya. Is a new brunch open up in Jaya One shopping center, wohoo! Is so nice, if you like Thailand Tom Yam, you must try this, it's only cost about RM 1.90 per one bowl.

When this restaurant open, everyone was talking about it, I was into their topic too, so I did have a try.

This restaurant really cool, as they really put a boat at the entrance of the shop. This symbolic of Boat Noodle came across from the other country.

The boat noodle serve with beef and chicken with pork free; it's only a small little bowls and a litter amount of noodle, but yet still pack with plenty of stuff, like meat ball (chicken or beef), the sos, noodle and some slice of meat, mix with strong smell of spring onions.

You can finish the noodle with mouthful (fish ball might not included depending on the size of your mouth). As for me, I start to full after 5th bowl.

What is the most interesting about Boat noodle
 is that you would not eat only one bowl, but more, and you will place the bowl one by one after finish a plate, and see "How high can you eat!"

People normally as a first time will take picture of it, Same as wt i did in this picture, wasn't this interesting?

Well, I treat my stomach well why not you too, as we only live once!

Inner heart plant...

My life as a graphic design in Petaling Jaya, is not as easy as I think, till now yet satisfy with my art work, although my lecture always say to me: "Don't compare people art work with you, but compare your previous artwork, does it improve or not."

Well, I don't really know, but in this 14 week, I do try out alot of thing that I never knew, or touch it before. I am glad to choose this course, its really amazing to know alot about drawing compare primary, secondary drawing class, well, children art work what can we expect. 

Now, I can feel the artiste life, full of emotional that expression through out a painting, I thing, this is one of the good way to express all the sadness, loneliness, happy and many more compare to we talk to others, this also can avoid form spread rumors that at the end will hurt you, you don't even know.

By that, I was introduce a drawing material that is canvas, well I never heard or use it before. So I had a dry on painting my self on canvas.

At first, I draw my self follow by my selfie picture, then I apply texture on my self. From what I pain, the most is you can see is like I am wearing mask, in wt I apply I not just simply apply, I like to be a mysterious person, so The first think is I apply mask to cover my eyes. 

At The back of my head, I apply flower petal to shows I am female.  On my hair, I apply variety of texture because my hair actually was a bit curve, I did rebounding a bit at below, so I apply not just vertical line also Zigzag line and circle ring. Before I came here, I was having a long hair, but after I came to Petaling Jaya, ofcause I have to suit the weather, so I cut it into short hair, just like I apply rectangle and square.

On my face, I apply my eyebrow with circle and black area, I apply it because I have a black eyebrow and the circle is like rotating, as eyebrow actually determine our face expression, in terms of angry, happy, sad, etc. For my nose, you can see that I use vertical line, this is because I am a shy person actually; and when I under a hot whether, I will have an original pink chick like i apply blushes, so in that i apply some medium circle ring with a black colour tone on my chick. I also apply leave texture as my lips.

To shows my neck, I apply curve line and a black shadow, and some diagonal line to show. My shirt in my selfie is Adidas shirt, and I apply sun and moon to replace Adidas logo, this is to determine I am a Malaysian and some hibiscus pistil as a nation flower.

My Adidas t-shirt have line at shoulder, so i apply some texture, like an coconut leaf, and some water drop texture with triangle texture and some square texture, on this purpose i did is like more to the need of plants, where water drop= water, triangle is like fertilizer, the square is like net, to protect the plants. At the center actually is my t-shirt button, but I apply with flower texture, rose with morning glory, but most of all, I apply black and white in my self potrate is because I am represent my positive and the negative side of a person in my self.

I apply plants on my self potrate because plants is beauty, a person can be beauty from the inside, we have to look deeper into a person heart, cause don't judge a book by it's cover. Everything happen for a reason, not everyone is bad, is the environment causing him or her become the way they are, and we as a person should help each other to occur any problem that they face and feel the way they feel.

Creative lamp

On 10 August1 2014, I when to Chili's Grill & Bar Restaurant at Mid Valley to celebrate my birthday with my boy friend's. Is was my first time celebrate in Petaling Jaya ofcause. 

When I enter that restaurant I was like "wow", the way they treat us is so special; although we have to wait, they did let us seat. After a while, they lead us to a table. At there we can see the way they treats us is so friendly, combination with warm and clean hospitality like no others. Even employees attire was so neat, as they all were using microphone headset, so that they will not shouting like other restaurant. The place is so quiet and peaceful.

After we seated, we were given menu, the menu was quit creative, as they did shows the food picture, this will make customer easy to choose, I had order Firecracker Fish Fillet with Frosty Chocolate Shake for my lunch.

While waiting, I was looking at a special lamp, do u know what did i saw? I say a lamp with the menu on it, I never realize this simple lamp did have menu on it, this menu was apply with just a printed quality paper, with a string and an iron ring, till now I yet discover this special and creative menu on lamp in my life.

As a designer, I will try to discover more about this creative design for many more things. So that I will have more idea on my project as a learner, haha~

When my food arrive, this actually didn't upsad me at all, as the food is nearly same as what we look on the menu, it was delicious with the tasty sos on top of fish, and a healthy stem broccoli with rice.  I was satisfy with this restaurant.



This creative design in menu, lamp, the facility, attire of amployee do attract customer alot, as Malaysian; our country do have verity of delicious food, but why not apply the ways Chili's restaurant does, this will attract other foreign country to enjoy not just food, but a better environment. :)

Recycle of music

Beer, for sure everyone know, but how a bout beer bottles that can create a music...?

Well, don't forget to watch this link, it will make you crazy, especially it is an Michael Jackson song! what song is that you have to discover ofcause.

Nowdays, bottles can see every where, even in our country own, for an example, paper bottle, plastic bottle, tin, glass etc.

In using bottles we could do lot of decoration,

 but no one realize that how important is the recycle are. you can see on the right hand side that only use plastic bottle, with apply some colour, string, with stamp a hold on it. don't you think its was creative.

but in this video, all we can see is that a recycle material can produce a special sound effect. Base on my knowledge, the create of different sound effect is buy fill in with different level of water, by that, all you have to do is to blow on top on the bottle mouth.

With mixing sand in one of the small bottle to make maracas, in combination of the bottom that been sellotape had create bongos for creating other heavier sound effect. I did saw all of the glass bottle were being seal into one, this will make the beer bottle to become like one, or even much strong, so that it not easily break.

With all the instrument that been combined much more interesting then it's been sound one instrument only.

This is not just showing how creative they are, instead of what is so creative by using recycle things. There using is way more cheap and the music instrument but it was entertaining for.

Melaka Art Gallery

On first of Raya, I went to Melaka Jonker walk to buy "dodol". As a sudden cross by, I was amaze by the painting beside the
"dodol" shop， That is GM Choo Art Gallery.

Normally everytime pass by, sure have a person drawing, but unfortunately that day the artis not there, so all I did was taking his masterpiece.

Before this, the artist only draw Batik painting, but now, see...! What a cool painting.

This artist GM.Choo been in Batik Art for past 35 years. He used to stay in Terengganu, where there rich in batik painting product, and now already 68 years old, he still draw during daily in his own studio.


From this painting, we can see that he is drawing a scenery, with the use of warm colour yellow, yellow-orange, red and some white on the foreground, as the sky, the artist using  water on paint to draw. This painting make the viewer eyes look peaceful with some river in it's pink colour and this normally will attract older people to buy, and stay calm.




Beside, there was a horse painting that run on a shallow water, this is also a scenery that the artist draw where we can see the combination of water, grass, mountain was so realistic, like 3D, this painting was using warm colour. with the add on white pain, its really make the scene look realistic


But what is the most attract painting is this one, where its is illusion painting, where there is no subject terms, the geometric shape of rectangle was an interesting where it is combination of horizontal and vertical line, where is like our life where sometime we have the time to relax,  peace, but also sometime we have to listen order from other or top people who we work for, like the vertical line.

Inside the rectangle have curve line, where its show the dizziness in working life or family problem. There also have the circle shape in its look like enjoying the life by travel all around the world, inside of it have the curve like where is like we are lost in some area that make us dizziness when we travel.

I feel like this painting was so meaning full, also with the combination of the colour, that is warm in color, with like a fire pain in the painting, where its show a person temper.

Last but not least, there is one more scenery painting that I took where is like a 3D illusion of stones and mountain scenery. With the combination of the warm color, is so nice that we can see how awesome the person was, where the combination of sky, three, brunch, water fall etc.

"COACH" shop

Last week, I when to Art Friend, to buy some art material at The Garden, Mid valley.

Once I enter, I was attracted by the COACH shop, where the shop was decorated with the colourful alphabet of  "C'.

In this picture, we can see that the "C" was repeat vertical in colour where they use warm colour to attract customer like red, green, yellow and orange.

In the alphabet "C" was created with flower pattern where it's symbolic a woman shop. The Coach shop selling woman accessory like an example cloth, handbag, shoes and many more.  

Beside, we can see that the alphabet "C" was deco with an overturn to create interest from the viewer eyes.

Don't you think it's was creative? It's that attract you to enter the shop, I a sure you will, although I am not a shopaholic as other girl, but this make me search more detail about this shop~ 

Rainbow, what is rainbow?
During childhood, rainbow is the most amazing thing that children excited, isn't that right?

As we all know that rainbow have seven colour, red, orange, yellow, green, blue,  indigo and violate. Rainbow can only exist with a wet area, or the reflaction of light.

As I was staying in Petaling Jaya, this state really like a heat island (pulau haba), so hot and can't even sleep during night,

On 15/7, where me and my friends when out to celebrate one of my friend birthday at section 14 in McD.

In the evening, we were ready to go PD block, we wait at the bus stop near CIMB. on that time suddenly I was shock, when one of my friend face were have a beautiful rainbow, so I quickly take a picture on its.

The combination of harmonies was create by the nature phenomena, how creative, the actual texture and the tone was an awesome combination, and also this is my first time grab a rainbow, I was so happy and excited until suddenly it's became disappear because of sunset.

I always trust on miracle happen, rainbow is a magical things, for sure I hope rainbow will give me some strength to overcome my daily life...........

Mid valley "Wau"~

Raya season is around the corner, everywhere sure full of decoration for this season.

On 5th of July (Saturday), I and my friend when to Mid Valley for the Pc fair. After the class, we direct when for the pc fair.

When we enter Mid Valley, we were full of surprise, everywhere decorate like we are enter a "Melay house", ketupat, Wau, dodol, and all the melay food we can see and smell everywhere.

The most special thing that we saw is the big n hug Wau hanging ever place on top of the ceiling, the design of the wow is so creative that attract me so much.

Wau, or also call as kite has flown since time past. They call wau because the shape of its wing is similar to Arabic latter. In Malaysia has their own uniquely culture design, we could see the arc is different the other state in Malaysia.

Wau, are famously found in Kelantan and Terengganu state in Malaysia during harvest season. There are various types of wau such as wau kucing(cat kite), wau merak (peacock) kite), and also wau bulan( moon kite). As we could see there roughly in this picture has green color wau, yellow color, blue color, orange color, red color, sky blue etc.


The theme of wau at Mid valley is awesome, this can attract the tourist and let them know about the special of wau. The design in wau have been replace with nowadays design, its follow the trend so that the wau will  not be extinc.

I did saw some of the design on wau mixing with batik fabric, animal like orang hutan, burung sarawak, elephant, and the KL town with the KLCC and KL tower painting. Beside threre also some painting with  the wedding theme.

In the picture that I taken, I saw batik design with a pair of butterfly painting with a rafflesia on it, the background was blue in color. The butterfly that was special where its look like a butterfly but also like an aeroplane, beside, the batik painting at the other side was full in flower with the red color, yellow color and orange color with a blue base color, this create a combination of warm color that make the painting look peaceful.


As for the sarawak bird wau painting, its show the Sarawak thems with the combination of the big and famous flower (Refflesi), the background have some pattern on its like zigzag line, curve line and some geometrical shape like eg, triangle, circle.

The 3D drawing Bottle

This video is the most awsome video that I ever saw, its's was created by Marcello Barenghi, who was an Italian Artis. He is famous on 3D drawing.

Its inspire me the most, because of the look so real that feel like I could touch it.
It was created by using water color, color pencil, marker pen and spray of the black color. I didn't even know that the combination of this would make a drawing look 3D.

With the actual speed, I actually don't really know the real time taken for the artis to draw, as for me I think if I maby would take one week days to complete it, with the face of an old men logo, I don't even sure I can do perfect as this artis.

As the texture, we could see that its was a glass texture, so smooth and shining, combine with the reflect of light, was a perfect reflection by the light, that we can see the reflect of light is from top-left.

The color was an analogous color wich is warm color, its use three primary hues and three secondary hues as the principal color blue green, green, and yellow green.

It's start sketch by using color pencil, then using green water color follow by using Stabilo pen and color pencil again, with marker pen and a little but touch up again with this tool. As for the shadow part, he use marker first start create, with combine color pencil, and a black spray.

This drawing of volka actually exist.
The left side is the actual volka that I found. How creative is it to draw an actual picture into a 3D drawing.
 

The Typographic

 On our first day enter Jaya One, we all were attracted with this creative alphabet. It's was so cute that make me want to take picture with it. The alphabet were created with the texture n colour that actually was my first time saw it.
They were combine with some weather design, some are animal design and many more.

After study about the typographic in visual communicate, only then I realize the important in between it, actually typographic is everywhere around us, only we didn't realize, or even know what is typographic.

Thank to the teacher who teach me the important in between it. Only then I can have more idea to apply my assignment in visual com, and its is the most creative design on typographic theme

The amazing history of arts

Actually to say the true, I really hate history. It study since form 1 till form six, where even "form 6 Pengajian Am" also need to study something about Malaysia, of Asia.
Even entering University they sure have history, although I am taking Graphic Design.

  Well, since entering the History of arts, I feel lucky because its was in English and heven't touch about Asia. As we know, when we hear about the History, for sure the Aaaaa.. Wu.... Haiz.... sound will come out, some of the student do sleep in class during lecture.

On last Wednesday, like always we all do feel slightly sleepy. Even the class yet started.
when she entering, and do all the set up, only realize that the day class is about Pyramids and egyption of arts. For sure will remind of the mummy, pyramids, even Brandon Fraster in the movie, with the pretty and sexy lady. Hahaha

That subject on that day was so much fun, all my mind think about is when will the mummy came out, even the picture that taken from book of dead was so cool. Beside, there was a hieroglyphs, where lecture ask us to cartouche by using the symbols that correspond to the alphabet that she give, my name in between its have a leg symbol, a circle, an stick man leg standing nearby a wall, and a zigzag line and a hand with last is eabgle, Is was so funny like part of a body can create an eagle, hahaha.
Its was totally a new thing for me where we learn out of Asia and some wired things then heven't discover yet. Its make me start loving history of arts, well sure wish to learn more about the other country history.

My SPM Ambition

During my SPM, I was actually excited where I been choose to enter science stream, this surely because my ambition is to become a veterinary, all I can think about is that I like animal, because of one of my female dog (German shepherd) was the causing of this.

Well, its was bought by my dad from one of his friend hand, with the cost of RM 400. Its was small, during that time, surely all puppy is cute right? haha
All of my dog surely I'am the one who name it =P.

So I name her Winnie cause is female ofcause. She is cute during that time, but after she become bigger, her paw always stamp it on my shirt, if white color shirt, surely can look clear.
She had a habbit where she like to make her self injury because of itchi, the german shepherd have a long hair that normally causing them sweat alot, n smelly because Malaysia is a tropical monsoon, where it's a sunny hot weather ll the time.

As she can't stand it, its always scratch her body till its blood all over her its. If we didn't saw its, sure the wound will become bigger n smelly till there got a big hole n fly on its.
I still remember that i always be the one who clean her body, n spry medicine on the wound, when its spry after a few minute we can see all the maggots come out n drop it on the floor, n yet, I still won't feel disgusting. I feel very interesting with it, n sometime, i look at her ear, it was so dirty, n i did seek help form the veterinary, n he teach me how to clean it just simple step by using tissue.
And that ambition still can only imagine after its pass away five years ago, n I still miss it more

My war with the most terrify thing in flat

Well, the beginning of my life is was a bit terrible where the flat that i was staying full of creapy things, there was rats at the stor, cockroaches at the dustbin dump always came out durring night, with a small toilet without any hole for the water to run.

At first i thought I could survive, but on the first night I can't even sleep, with the mosquito flying all over the place. Luckily, I did bring mosquito sticker stick around my cloth. Only that I could sleep.

Every night, I thought I can sleep, until the following night, the rat keep on making creapy sound, like the sound of fighting. The feeling of fierce sound make me can't stand with it, so I decided to fight with the rat. Last thursday, the rat fighting again, when I look throught the stor, the rat was just standing up the door, it doesn't saw me at all, so I hit the wall to make an attraction then the rat keep on starring at me, I also starring at it's. So I quickly ask my roommate to pass the shieldtox, the i spray towards at the rat.

Unfortunately, the rat ran into the stor, n yet I could't do much. I thought the war was over but its make more worst as the rat more anoying then before, its keep on fighting and the worst part, the stor more smelly then before, is like something dead in it, but still conclusion is I still lost.... -.-''
